We can take any
element of grant writing or any specified segment of time and customize a
grant writing workshop or presentation for your organization, conference
or community. Customized presentations can be as short as a
couple of hours in order to work into your next conference or a couple of
days can be set aside to address and meet your agencies specific funding
needs and requirements.
Strategic
Planning: Let us
assist in moving you and your agency into strategic planning and onto
funding the plan. If you need assistance with getting started, keeping
organized or staying on track we have just the tools you need for your next
strategic planning session. Workshops or retreats can be tailored from
a couple of hours to a couple of days. Together we can design a plan
that not only will get you moving ahead but will keep you moving ahead and
on course!

Improving
Board Organizational Effectiveness
Whether you are a new organization just starting
out, or a board that has been in existence for some time,
board training and
re-energizing is always a good idea. Board training should not be
something that just happens once in a while. Training should be
ongoing. As your agency grows and as new board members take their place at
the table let's make sure training is specific, methodical and logical.
